Job Details:
Be primarily responsible for processing of member updates for Group Clients.
To perform reconciliation of clients data with KLI data.
To generate & send the reports for quality checking
To update the daily trackers for member updates
Responsible for co-ordination with other department & find resolutions.
To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Group Operations
To be entirely flexible with shift timing (Morning Afternoon General)
To carry out any other duties, functions and projects assigned from time to time by his seniors. Skill Set
Has a strong analytical mind Has an eye for detail notices things that others might miss Exceptionally well with excel & access
Good Communication & mail drafting skills. Would find ways to work efficiently on high volume data.
