The Professional Banker Programme will train the selected candidates for the position of a Personal Banker – Welcome Desk at HDFC Bank; whose responsibilities will include:
* Providing world-class service and query resolution to the customers of the bank proactively and convert service opportunity into a sales opportunity.
* Responsible for basis sales activities like maintain Sales MIS as required, generation of sales leads.
* Ensuring that all services and operations are within stipulated norms and regulations.
* Customer services like query resolution, complaint management, Branch operations like custodian of deliverables, execution of customer instructions, cross Sales and marketing related activities.
Eligibility Criteria: A successful candidate will meet the below criteria.
less than or equal to 25 years of age at the time of admission
Graduates or students who have appeared for their final year graduation examination
Minimum 50% marks aggregate score throughout i.e. 10th, 12th and graduation
Graduation through distance learning/ correspondence are NOT eligible
Indian Universities only
Only candidates with less than 0-2 year work experience can apply
Post Graduate students are not eligible to apply for this programme
