Job Details:

Manage development teams by conducting daily stand ups, ensuring sprints are completed on time and removing impediments. . 
Provide guidance for the team with technical architecture as needed. .
Participate in code development by actively writing code. .
Provide technical leadership for project and team through design and code reviews, ensuring best technical practices are applied. .
Working with the client and managing all client communication,interp ersonal communication, technical practices, etc. 
. Work with development team to troubleshoot development environment,producti on environment, performance tune and optimize code. 


Skills and Abilities .

Knowledge and experience required in: PHP, ASP.NET, HTML, SQL , CSS and Drupal. . 
Working knowledge of PHP is also essential . 
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guideline by W3C would be an advantage. . 
Ability to manage development projects. . 
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. . 
Ability to manage a Team Behaviors. . 
Work from English verbal and written instructions of varying levels of detail. .
Exhibit a high level of individual initiative
