    Job Description Customer Support Engineer - Location: Mumbai (India) we is seeking a customer support engineer who will be providing the technical support to our customers through on site visits, telephone, email, e-chat, and ticketing system. As a Customer Support Engineer, You will solve various technical customer issues and answer service, product, technical, and customer relations questions incoming by various customer support communication channels such as visiting the plants, by telephone, email, e-chat, and ticketing system. You will be the technical brand ambassador for company and would be coordinating with plant owners/ staff for delivering the best customer service support to the customers.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Work from a standard protocol, utilizing a documented process to respond to customer issues as per Service Level Agreement (SLA)
    • Installation of Plexitech products in the scada plants
    • Successfully resolve technical issues related to SCADA hardware and software from incoming customer contacts and proactive notification systems
    • Work remotely via telephone, email, e-chat, and ticketing system to respond to first-level technical issues and visit plants to resolve higher level technical issues on the site
    • Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and help reproduce issues in lab environment 
    Qualifications and Skills
    • UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization. Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in computer science, electronics or hardware engineering
    • 0.5-2 years’ experience with technical support and/or hardware and software products, storage, and peripheral devices
    • Experience in resolving technical issues both remotely and visiting the customer sites
    • Passion for technology and Superior customer service orientation
    • Eager, quick learner with strong team-work spirit and high level of integrity
    • Pleasant personality and good oral and written English communication skills
