Predicting Risk/Impact and Participating in Major Changes
Reporting & Performance Dashboards with Capacity Planning
Technical Team (5-10 members) & Vendor Management
Technical Transition & Documentation skills (Onsite to Offshore) Design, Migration and upgradation of existing infrastructure


 Technical Skill

Expert Knowledge on IP Telephony Protocols such as H.323, Media Gateway Control Protocol (MGCP), Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), H.248 (also known as Media Gateway Control (Megaco), Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP), Real-time Transport Control Protocol (RTCP), Secure Real-time Transport Protocol (SRTP), Session Description Protocol (SDP), Inter-Asterisk eXchange (IAX), Jingle XMPP VoIP extensions
Knowledge on QoS Configuration and administration
Handling L3 Escalated tickets on IP Telephony environment
Experience in Layer 2 Switching and PSTN Signeling
