Job Details: 

• An understanding of XML, including namespaces and schemas.
• An understanding of secure development practices for web applications.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor other team members within any of these technologies
• End to End development experience - Front End through Back End.
• Problem solver.
• Spring 2.5 (with annotations) and Spring-WS.
• Subversion, CVS, or comparable version control systems.
• Performance tuning within Java and MS SQL and/or Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience with ASP, .net, JSP, PHP.
• Experience with web and application servers (iPlanet, Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, IIS, etc).
• Fluent in both Windows and Unix environments.
• Working knowledge of social networking (Web 2.0+).
• Ability to troubleshoot one-off issues with applications in multiple OS environments.
• Working level knowledge of DNS, URLs, redirects, and related operations.
