Job Details:
Total 7- 9 years of experience in software development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good grasp of Architecture Process, Modelling tools (using UML or other standards), Design Patterns, Re-factoring and unit testing, Regressions, Code versioning mechanisms.
Exemplary general IT knowledge (applications development, testing, deployment, operations, documentation, standards, best practices, security, hardware, networking, OS, DBMS, middleware, etc.)
Should always be updated with latest technology trends and able to adopt them as per the requirements.
Should have been participated in the design of applications of medium to large size.
Should be able to provide technical new solutions with client business focus, user friendliness, easy to enhance, robust, high performance, concurrency and scalable
Delivered rich and/or web client applications in a high-availability, clustered environment
Good understanding of SOA, WCF/Web Services.
Lead a team as a mentor and guide/assist in technical glitches.
At least 2-3 bigger projects experience from inception-to-delivery of .NET projects.
Experience in estimating and measuring project velocity along with execution skills.
Written, verbal, and diagrammatic communication skills.
Exposure in arriving timelines and project plan is plus
Strong Programming skills in VB.Net, C#.Net and OOPs
Strong database skills preferably in MS SQL 2008+
Should have work experience in .NET related technology (.NET Framework, ASP.Net, MVC, Razor, Web Services / WCF)
Experience in IIS, AJAX, XML, LINQ
Experience on SSRS is a plus
