Job Details:
Provide risk management support, at an operational/strategic level, to Williams Lea Indias BPO operations. Assist in development and implementation of operational risk frameworks, ongoing support programs and monitoring systems in close collaboration with Risk management group of UK Drive the development of the consolidated.
Risk oversight program for the business unit providing coverage based upon a common risk profile using a consistent approach and reporting Create, implement and maintain ISO 22301 and ISMS (ISO27001) .
Facilitates root cause analysis for errors and losses by working with the Business unit Risk Champions Provides inputs to the R&C Dashboard and other risk reports.
Provides ongoing tracking, monitoring & reporting of firmwide, business unit risk Assessments Increase the level of risk awareness at all levels through risk workshops and training programme. Plan, schedule & execute internal audits with all stakeowners within the business unit.
Actively participate in the incident response and planning for the same.
