-Prepare high level Integration plan
-Prepare Interface documents between two systems
-Overall accountability for Delivery Time, Cost and quality for in-scope activities
-Co-Ordination with other ecosystem partners
-Client stakeholder management
-Participate in Novartiss Strategic Planning Meetings
-Identify and define the deliverables for MES Integration
-Set the direction for Cognizant team
-System Study
-Analysis of MES systems
-Status Reporting from time to time to Novartis/Cognizant management
