Job Details:
1+ years of experience in IT Service Desk (Minimum 6 Months call taking experience in US/UK voice process)
Solid Knowledge of common IT tools used by end-User (Active Directory basics, Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office 2003, Outlook, Internet explorer, VPN and remote tools)
Good understanding of Administration tasks related to Account Management (Active Directory and Applications)
Basic network tools (ping, tracert, ipconfig commands)
Basic knowledge of call logging tool (BMC Remedy, Peregrine, etc.)
Good know how of IT organization working would be an added advantag
